Booking, Cancellations & Late Arrivals

• Late arrivals may require us to shorten the length of your session. Full charges will still apply.

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled time.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend (no-show), will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• There are no refunds on gift vouchers, packages, or memberships.

All services and equipment provided are intended for general wellness and relaxation purposes only. Any information or guidance provided by staff is general in nature and is not intended to be medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Our services do not replace medical care. You should seek advice from your GP or another qualified health professional before using any equipment or participating in any session, particularly if you have any health concerns.

• If you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or believe you may be pregnant, you must obtain clearance from your GP or healthcare provider before booking or using any services or equipment.

• If you have any pre-existing medical condition, injury, illness, disability, or physical limitation, you must consult your GP or healthcare provider prior to use.

• Minors (under 18 years of age) may only use our services with written consent from a parent or legal guardian and must be supervised at all times, unless otherwise approved by management.

• By booking and participating, you confirm that all relevant health information has been disclosed (including pregnancy or conditions relating to a minor) and that you choose to use our services voluntarily and at your own discretion.

• To the extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that participation in wellness services involves inherent risks. You agree that Fatigue Lounge is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered in connection with the use of our services or equipment, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
